2. Consultation

A free initial consultation may be offered to understand the customer's requirements.

A free consultation does not automatically create a paid service contract or guarantee that every requested service can be provided.

3. Service Availability

Services are subject to location, staff availability, third-party availability and the specific requirements of each customer.

We reserve the right to accept or decline a service request where we are unable to provide the requested assistance appropriately.

4. Third-Party Professionals

Certain services may require coordination with independent third parties such as doctors, hospitals, lawyers, chartered accountants, real-estate professionals, contractors, plumbers, electricians, technicians or other service providers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, such third parties operate independently and may have their own fees, terms and professional responsibilities.

5. Property Management

Property inspections and reports represent observations made at the time of inspection.

They should not automatically be considered structural, engineering, legal, valuation or other specialist professional assessments unless specifically agreed and performed by an appropriately qualified professional.

6. Elder & Parent Care

Our elder-care services are primarily intended to provide assistance, coordination, visits and support according to the selected service plan.

Unless expressly agreed and provided through appropriately qualified professionals, our services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, nursing care or emergency medical services.

In a medical emergency, appropriate local emergency services or healthcare providers should be contacted.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the requested services.

Customers should also inform us promptly about changes to contact information, property access, medical or emergency contacts, or other information relevant to a requested service.

8. Payments

Fees for paid services will be communicated before commencement or according to the applicable service plan, quotation or agreement.

Third-party expenses may be charged separately where applicable.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility may depend on the particular service or package purchased.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms communicated in a service agreement, quotation or booking confirmation will apply to that service.
